We are implementing a new membership and event management software package to integrate with the new website that we hope to be launching soon. Moving forward, we are hopeful that this system will be a much more efficient way to track membership and event registrations, as well as several other new features that will allow us to better serve the CPASA membership.

For existing members to bring your membership up to date, follow the renewal process outlined below:

  • Select the option most appropriate for you.
  • Click “next” at the bottom of the page.
  • Enter your email address and the security code at the bottom of the page and click “next”.
  • On the next page, you may receive a message saying “Your membership has Lapsed. To renew your membership, log in and use Renewal function instead.”
  • Click the login button at the bottom of the message.
  • Enter your email address and then click “Forgot Password”.
  • This will take you to the reset password page where you will enter your email address and the security code and click “submit.”
  • You should receive an email within a few minutes with instructions on creating a new password.
  • After your password is set, click the “login” button in the top right of your screen.
  • Log in with your email and password you just created and you will be directed back to the homepage.
  • Click on the “Get Involved” button and then click “edit your member profile.”
  • Click on the button that says “Renew to 1 Dec 2021.”
  • Please verify that all of your contact information is correct and make any necessary changes and then click “Update and Next” at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the payment page, which is the final step in the renewal process.

While you will have the option to receive an invoice and pay by check, we highly recommend paying online to complete your membership renewal.

To better help you facilitate your renewal we’re going to outline step by step the process. You will only need to go through this initial membership renewal process once. The process will be a simply two step procedure for all future renewals going forward.

[Please note that each individual member must have a separate and unique email address.] Your email address will be the primary piece of information used to keep track of membership status and event registrations, as well as serving as our primary method of communication with our membership.

Moving forward, this new process should make renewing membership and registering for events a very quick and easy process. Additionally, it will also make it much easier for us to keep you updated on new developments and upcoming events.

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if we can provide further information and assistance as we transition to this new system.
